OBSERVING OUR CONSUMPTION IMPACT IS NECESSARY
For our transformative action to make sense, the presence of people engaged in establishing direct, clear and participatory communication with the local community and the tourists who come to visit one of the most desired destinations in Brazil is essential.
And that is why we call our Transformation Agents. They are responsible for conveying the concept of conscious consumption and stimulating the debate on the topic, developing the idea that we need to be aware of our consumption impacts. Acting directly in the Engagement Center, the Agents support the various events that take place in the space, strengthening the development of leaders, in an engaged and multiplying initiative. They are also responsible for supporting activities throughout the island, door to door, mapping local needs, meeting community interests, from the airport to the most paradisiacal beaches of Noronha.
Transformation Agents convey the concept of conscious, engaged and collective consumption and foster the debate on the topic. In direct contact with the Fernando de Noronha community and the tourists visiting the Island, they work at the Engagement Center supporting various events that take place in the space, but also strengthening leadership development, multiplying and welcoming an engaged initiative. They are also responsible for supporting activities across the Island, door to door, mapping local needs and meeting local interests, from the airport to the beaches.
WHO ARE THEY?
Our Transformation Agents are from Noronha; they were born on the Island or have been living there since a very young age. They know the daily life of the community; they are aware of the needs and of all the natural, cultural and social richness of the first territory without single-use plastic in Brazil.
